Hello dear readers,

I still have the intention to work with (learn, teach, study, practice, dream) the above topic (title). PPN Astrology.

In fact, I just did an astrology interpretation (continued from a previous session) today that was mainly a PPN Astrology session. It was primarily educational. With that said, we mainly talked about Double Binds, Compensation Patterns, Tension Fields, Astrological Yods, what-healing-looks-like-on-a-larger-level, Outlet Dynamics and more (he was pretty far along in his inner-resource/resilience skills). Oh my word! – I should check with my client and see if I can type up a transcript of the 90 minute conversation. It was pretty epic!

So I just wanted to post a teaser… errr… I mean update about how we are doing with this Pre- and Perinatal Astrology endeavor.

Well because I am just back from a rockin’ Massage School program (a Heaven and Earth school), that means that I am slowly building up my bodywork practice in the area again AND studying for the national exam AND taking advantage of this incredible spring weather to go biking and hiking AND taking advantage of being so close to pure clean mountain air and streams where I can do Solar, Water and Tree Chi Kung with such ease and bliss…

So it might be a little while before PPN Astrology really lifts off. I’ll keep you in the loop however!

<little bit of a secret – let’s keep this between you and me how about?> About 11 years ago I was doing a personal Tibetan Buddhist retreat at my home, I believe I had a week off from school and I wasn’t working much at the time, so I did a little bit of Ngondro practice. Five fold path of Mahamudra Ngondro that is (basic preliminary practices). Anyway… I took my friend’s advice and sort of read ahead in the text – way ahead… Not unlike the sorcerer’s apprentice in Fantasia. (I didn’t lose control entirely, but I pried open my mind in a way I had never done before.) I kind of got a glimpse of the future and saw this wild, dynamic, potent Astrology modality I was meant to teach. I believe what I saw was Pre- and Perinatal Astrology.

It must be beneficial and powerful. Therefore I am abiding patiently until the right time, when there is a right teacher (I’m not ready quite yet), the right location, the right students and the right conditions. We’ll see if and what unfolds over the next few years. But I expect we won’t be bored!

As usual, thank you for reading!

I am excited to announce that I am doing more astrology interpretations these days.  Taking a pause on school, I have lots of time to devote to my passions – Spiritual Astrology and Resource Bodywork.  If you are interested in having your chart done, email me – kirby at  Also, I do bodywork both in person and remotely, so inquire about that as well.  Here’s a link to my website: Kirby’s website.  With that said, lets get into this post.

First of all, I could have written this post a month ago, describing the storm early and ahead of time.  But I was up to my neck in care plans and clinical hours with nursing school, so I could only watch as this storm hit some people’s charts and lives (including my own).  What is the storm I am talking about you ask?  Great question!

It is the massive T-square going on right now with Jupiter in Libra, Pluto in Capricorn and Uranus in Aries.  This configuration has a once-a-decade kind of potency to it.  And to top it all off, Mars has just come through Aries (presently at 24 degrees) heating it all up to the Nth degree!

The other planets are all earlier than 24 degrees (Pluto at 18, Jupiter at 22 and Rx, Uranus at 22 degrees respectively).  Therefore, I feel like a storm reporter who got to town late after the tornado passed through and is now reporting on it!  “The twister was here and it ran through there” (duh! obviously!!).

Having said that though, it is still going to be insightful to know what happened and why.  Plus March is my birthday month, so you have to oblige me!  Ha ha – just kidding.

Keep these degrees in mind – 17 through 23 degrees of the Cardinal signs – Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn.  People who have a personal planet (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus or Mars) or the Rising sign (and also the Midheaven) in this small window of Cardinal signs will definitely be feeing this T-square!  For instance, someone with a 20 degree Cancer rising would have Pluto opposite their Ascendant (affecting their relationships), Jupiter squaring it from the 4th (possibly affecting domestic attitudes) and Uranus / Mars squaring it from the 10th house (affecting their career / profession)!  This would be a heavy configuration for them.

So let’s take this one piece at a time.  First, Jupiter opposite Uranus.

If this transit was just happening alone, people who do not have Jupiter or Uranus personalized might not feel it at all.  Also, people who do not have a planet in a Cardinal sign in that window above, they still might not feel the T-square.

What do I mean by having Jupiter or Uranus personalized?

  • Having a Sagittarius or Pisces rising
  • Having Jupiter in the 1st / 9th house or conjunct the Midheaven
  • Having Jupiter making a hard aspect to your Sun or Moon (Jupiter personalized)
  • Having Aquarius rising
  • Having Uranus in the 1st house or conjunct the Midheaven
  • Having Uranus making a hard aspect to the Sun / Moon / Mercury / Venus (Uranus personalized)

So for anyone not experiencing any of these items and not having any planets in that tight window of Cardinal signs, you can stop reading now.  Joke joke – or continue reading and learn more, up to you!

Jupiter opposite Uranus spells at time of being more creative (but fickle) and being more independent (in a willful, rebellious sort of way).  The individual (especially if they have a personal planet in those Cardinal degrees!) will be more restless and eccentric.  Now, keep in mind that this creativity and independence can come with a price.  If you need help, under this influence, you are not likely to ask for it.  And you might even refuse it if it is offered!  And your creativity might not be able to stick to one area for very long – you might spread yourself thin and have six different projects you are thinking about at the same time!

Historically speaking, Jupiter opposes Uranus every 14 years or so, meaning this aspect is not earthshakingly rare.  Yeah, that’s not so bad right?  Right, but…

I haven’t gotten to Pluto (or Mars) yet.  🙂

Now we also need to mention Jupiter square Pluto, even though that orb is presently a little wider than 3 degrees:

Keep in mind everything I mentioned above for personalized planets.  People with a personalized Pluto (and / or Jupiter) will feel this aspect a little more.  People without any planets (or angles) in Cardinal signs may not feel this at all.

Jupiter square Pluto indicates a time of dogmatic adherence to some doctrine or objective.  And yes, if you are wondering, Donald Trump has several planets in this window of Cardinal signs – potentially making his dogmatic approach even more fanatical!  Ugh!  So this time is particularly potent (or impotent) and emphasized for the United States…

Jupiter opposite Pluto is also indicative of the ability (especially if charisma and creativity show up elsewhere in that chart) of the native to mislead people.  Donald Trump anyone?  Good grief!  This might be especially true of people who have Jupiter in hard aspect to Pluto / Uranus in their natal charts.

Jupiter opposes Pluto every 12 and a half years, so not that uncommon.

Now the real whopper, a crazy doozy of an aspect: Uranus square Pluto.  A major hard aspect (square, conjunction or opposition) only occurs between these two giants every 30 to 45 years or so.  This means that they square every 65 – 80 years or so, making this a particularly potent and rare aspect (the wide range is due to Pluto’s elliptical orbit)!

When Uranus makes a hard aspect to Pluto, there is usually a significant revolution(s) happening in the world.  And in the case of this most recent square – which started in late 2010 – the Arab Spring started around the time Uranus started to square Pluto (plus Saturn was involved).  Occupy Wall Street was the U.S.’s version of this revolutionary time.

Uranus square Pluto (in the natal chart, especially if either planet is personalized – think Aquarius / Scorpio) is often indicative of a person who is stubborn and difficult to get along with in some significant area of their lives.  Of course it matters where in the chart these planets are located – in the angular houses (1st, 4th, 7th or 10th) they would play a more prominent outwardly expressing role.

As far as the transit goes, I like to think it of it as a great opportunity to purify (negative) karma.  Saturn is known as the Lord of Karma – wherever he goes, we are forced to work on stuff.  But I would also add Pluto to that list – and possibly even Uranus.  Although Pluto and Uranus have different flavors from Saturn.

When Uranus and Pluto are in hard aspect to each other, the causes and conditions start to come to fruition for our negative karma to ripen and manifest.  And that karma will manifest when a personal planet (acting as the catalyst – like Mars or the Sun or maybe the Moon or an eclipse) crosses over one or both of the transiting planets.  Are you keeping up with me?  (Let me know if you need more clarity by leaving a comment)

It means practice self care.  Any major (read gross) unresolved traumas or psychological issues will be up at this time.  That is Pluto’s (and Uranus to some extent) domain.  It is good to work on yourself whenever it is easy or available, and definitely work on yourself each year.  That way, you can constantly be improving your awareness and your mindfulness.  That way a Uranus / Pluto square (with the attending catalytic personal planet) does not jump out and surprise you!

If we have a ton of personal growth stuff to be working on – this includes yours truly (me) – then you should not be too surprised if you become excessively stubborn or willful or rebellious during this transit.  Maybe it is a past life getting triggered (rare).  Or more likely, maybe it is suppressed or repressed anger from when you were younger (more common).  Either way, it would be good to have control of your mind and heart and to feel the stubbornness but not be hijacked by it.  Maybe it will be out of our control – a friend or loved one may become excessively rebellious, willful or stubborn and be very difficult to deal with.

So throw Jupiter in this mix and we have excessive stubbornness (Uranus / Pluto) and creativity and thinking of huge projects (Jupiter) to work on (read unrealistically huge).  There will be creativity and eccentricity and ample restlessness.  The person may think up a dynamic new invention but they will need to focus and be disciplined to push through the restlessness.

And Mars of course is / was that catalytic energy that is the spark, setting off the negative karma.  Maybe you have Jupiter / Uranus / Pluto in hard aspect to your Moon for an entire month, but then Mars also comes along to oppose your Moon (in Libra in this case) and suddenly you find yourself angrily yelling at the General Manager of your company.  Maybe something small sets you off and you are indignantly telling off a friend (although it will usually be rebellion against authority with Uranus / Pluto / Mars being in play).  With such a huge aspect configuration going on, it will probably not be a small irritation that you feel.  Rather, that little itch might explode into a raging termination from your job!

So be careful.  Try to be mindful.  Go slow.  Be kind.  Be gentle.  Find a wise person and ally yourselves with them.  Get their advice about any major decisions you are making at the time!  Otherwise you might find yourself withdrawing from a very beneficial partnership or program or job.

This is really long, so I will stop now.

Thank you very much for reading to the end!  Hope it was somewhat informative or beneficial.

I believe the astrological chart (the Natal Chart, the Birth Horoscope, etc) to be a snapshot of our gross karmas, at least in a nutshell. What do I mean? If you believe in reincarnation, great, if not, can you just pretend for a second? So we have past lives. Say there is unfinished business with other people, animals, enemies, locations, etc. And there is unfinished business with regard to our strong habits and predispositions. There may also be unfinished business with regard to certain cultures and belief systems. This all shows up in the birth chart. We reincarnate to clean up these various situations and strong inclinations, if they need to be cleaned up of course. If not, then we reincarnate to benefit others, which is not such a bad thing.

For the most part, especially here in the West, just about all of us share one massive shortcoming in common. We are stuck up in our heads. Meaning we are not in our bodies – it takes effort to be aware of our tummies, to be aware of our breath. We have to purposely slow down to get in touch with our body’s needs. Why is this the case? I’m not saying we are all suffering from this affliction. Luckily, there are teachers and sublime beings who lead others back home into their bodies. But for the most part, especially in less-than-conscious families and industries, people are just running around being aware from the neck up.

Well, as babies, we emulate those around us. Studies on mirror neurons shows that kids (0 – 7 especially) do what their caretakers do. (This is why it is vital for parents to walk their talk – no saying one thing and doing another and expecting their kids to honor their words! Getting off that soapbox now…) It is natural – we want to learn from our parents and become functioning teenagers and adults. Unfortunately, if the adults we are learning from have no clue what it is to be embodied… if they are just in their heads, out of touch with their hearts and bellies, well then what chance do we have as babies?

As babies, we seek to be as safe and comfortable as possible. To do so, we emulate our parents. If our parents are living a stressed, tight, rat-race-oriented lifestyle, then as babies we learn to lock up certain parts of our body. I mean, what is the point of having an open heart if it is just going to get hurt and wounded everyday? So we start to close certain parts of our breath, we tighten our shoulders, in a sense creating a natural defense around our tender, vulnerable areas. But is this really necessary? Well, at that young impressionable age, yes. As conscious adults with choices about how we carry ourselves, how we use our tools of consciousness and awareness, NO!

In this series of posts, I intend to go into the shadow side of each planet. What does it mean to have a challenged Mercury and how does that affect embodiment? Or Mars? Or Jupiter, etc?

I will ponder this subject for a few days and then post the next article in this series.

Thanks for reading.

What is Timing Astrology?
Timing Astrology uses three or more branches of Western Astrology, known as Transits, Progressions and Solar Arc Directions. Transits compare the current placement of planets in solar system (from our perspective) with the location of the client’s Natal Chart, and the interaction between these planets reflects a variety of events, energies and psycho-spiritual reactions. Of course, in order to be more accurate when indicating the upcoming possibilities, the astrologer must get to know the client a bit. Then the client’s frequency or consciousness is included with the information from the Transit Chart to determine what will most likely arise.

Progressions (Secondary) use a system of gradually advancing the planets for the client’s age. Therefore, Progressions are a slower evolution and these energies tend to manifest through internal shifts and development. When the Birth Time is accurate (which is easy to check), the Progressions provide very accurate and insightful explanations about one’s psycho-spiritual evolution and transformation. Solar Arc Directions are another form of Progressions, and these charts add to the veracity of the interpretation. Solar Arc aspects are generally more subtle, but when they stack up, it indicates upcoming changes and reorientation.

What is possible with Timing Astrology?
When major planets in the Timing Charts make aspects to planets in the Birth Chart, we can glimpse what energy is involved. Certain planets represent expansion, others contraction, where yet other planets represent confidence, mental flexibility, physical energy, visionary abilities and more! There are often several aspects happening simultaneously when we include the Transits and Progressions, so a quality interpretation requires the astrologer to get to know the client. Yes there are many books out there that say, “X” will happen when “Y” aspects “Z,” and these books may be accurate occasionally, but there is so much to take into consideration (house position, other off-setting aspects, additional aspects in the configuration, etc) that a simple book of astrological recipes is bound to merely be oriented toward one type of individual – not the countless varieties of people out there!

Each astrological house (or section of the Natal Chart) represents a particular area of life. And the astrological ruler of each house, the ruler of the sign on that house’s cusp, reveals a lot about what is happening in that area of life. Therefore, in addition to the direct relationships that are discovered in a Timing Chart, we can also see behind-the-scenes as it were to look at the subtleties in each area of life. Hence one Timing Chart can reveal many layers of events, energetic shifts, circumstances and psychological re-evaluations occurring simultaneously!

How often should I look at my Transits and Progressions?
This really depends on the individual. If you are going through a rough stretch, which sometimes last a little while, you might want to have your Timing Chart done once every six months. And if you are really curious about it, you could purchase the Annual Astrological Weather Report which gives personal monthly updates which are unique to you and your chart and your present situation. However, I generally recommend for people to have their Timing Charts done once a year.

Personally, I like to glance ahead and look at what the upcoming year is indicating, and then basically forget about it – except for any challenging aspects. For those I take note and then make any necessary changes as a result (there are certain aspects which indicate increasing or decreasing physical energy for instance and I can make changes as a result of what I see). The only time I look at my Transit Chart with more than once-per-year frequency is when something unexpected occurs – although these unexpected events are generally not too spectacular because I have already looked ahead. But when these little surprises crop up, I look in retrospect to see what was happening in my chart to be informed about the energetic circumstances involved. This allows me to change my perspective regarding upcoming aspects through being educated about new combinations of aspects and their resulting possibilities.

Remember that I practice choice-oriented astrology, which means that certain possibilities will arise within the Timing Astrology charts, but what the client does with those possibilities is up to them. I will inform them of several possible choices, and of course there will be other novel reactions and ways of shifting with the astrological weather. So have your Timing Chart done today and look to see what potentials the future holds!

You can also look back at a difficult or confusing time when certain events unfolded for you but you are not sure why. Or you are not sure what lessons were present for you. The Timing Charts can easily go back to see what the past aspects had in store and this provides valuable insights about the situation and the time. You can look back to see what patterns were present and to learn from them, so that going forward, you can make changes that open your life to new, welcoming potentials.

We have been looking at Medical Astrology of late, and in particular I want to continue a theme that I have been touching on. That is the example of a single aspect – Saturn opposite Mars. Who knew that you could get so much information from one little aspect? Heh. Well let me tell you! Actually this particular aspect is very rich and juicy – any aspect involving the 2nd and / or 8th house will reveal a lot of material. And with that said, if you investigate deep enough, any aspect in the chart, in any house can reveal a treasure trove of information. But we are going to stick with Saturn and Mars for today.

To review, we have discussed, at least in brief, the planets Saturn and Mars and what they can signify. We have touched on the signs they are tenanting (Virgo and Pisces respectively), and we briefly brushed on the houses involved – the 2nd and 8th in this case. So what you might ask is left? I would refer you, if you have seen the Star Wars movies, to the scene in episode VI I think where Luke Skywalker says, “So I am a Jedi…” And Yoda makes a very surprised noise – “OOEEwwwhhoohhhh!!!” Actually I would ask in retort, “what have we actually covered so far?!” Very little to be precise. We have just brushed the surface actually, so lets look a little deeper now. Let’s get into the health correlations of this aspect.

Oh, and for one related tangent, Mars in the 8th house CAN (but not always) indicate that the individual will have a premature death. Now before anyone freaks out, let me explain. Traditionally, the 8th house was associated with death. When 8th house energies are not confronted and remain fermenting under the surface as it were, then I happen to agree with this traditional dark fatalistic assessment. But when we do our psychological work, perhaps seeing a professional body-worker on a regular basis or receiving regular acupuncture, counseling or if we practice other forms of quality self-care, and we get clearer about our neuroses and our psychological predispositions, then we move beyond “being ruled by our stars” as it were and we move toward the greater understanding and wisdom which is represented by the 9th house. So, if we have Mars in the 8th house in our natal charts, there is very little reason to worry, provided we take responsibility for our incarnation and determine to make appropriate changes. For those of us out there who are still feeling like victims… Then some reflection would be in order.

Thank you!

If the 8th house Mars makes a hard aspect to Pluto, Saturn or Uranus, then we may want to investigate further, especially if it is a close aspect. Then sudden, unexpected (Uranus) death becomes possible, or a violent (Pluto) death becomes slightly more of a reality or poor health conditions is more of a reality (Saturn). But in all of these cases, you must look at many factors: how strong are these planets (according to their sign and house placement), how close is the orb involved, are these the planetary rulers of the chart (ruling the Ascendant sign) or the Sun ruler? Which houses do these planets rule? And we must look at positive aspects which would offset the risks indicated by these hard aspects. So do not let one little prediction or aspect get you worked up – if you are reading this post, it means you are on the path toward self-understanding and you care enough to investigate your situation. Next, you may care enough to make the requisite changes which will soften the implied difficulty in the aspect.

With that long-winded explanation of Mars in the 8th, in Medical Astrology, what do Mars and Saturn represent?
And as I get into the Health side of astrological analysis, please remember that we cannot separate these things. I have found that often times, the psycho-emotional issues associated with an aspect contribute or at least go hand-in-hand with the physical manifestations of these aspects. What do I mean by this? Well I believe that before we have physical manifestation of dis-ease, long before really, there is often times an imbalanced emotional issue or psychological misunderstanding. For instance, if we repress our rage about an early trauma for too long, then eventually that rage will need an appropriate avenue of expression. If we do not provide it with one, if we have some masochistic tendencies, then I guarantee that there will be some health problems as a result. In Visceral Manipulation (bodywork), we learn that certain organs can get loaded up with emotional charge, and without an appropriate healthy way to unload that organ, it will spill over and discharge in bizarre ways – think unexplained rashes, inflammation or idiopathic diseases (unexplained).

And another note – we are not ruled by our stars. Rather, the astrology chart is a reflection of our gross karmas (mental, psychological, physical, emotional, etc) and the chart reflects the physical elements that make up our body, hence we get so much information from the time one takes their first breath, a.k.a. the natal horoscope (birth chart).

Comprehensive Natal Chart Interpretation

Kirby will spend 90 minutes interpreting your Natal Birth chart. You can chat about any area that you like. This includes printed charts and it also includes about 30 minutes of preparation time! These are typically done on the phone, via Skype or in person if you happen to be in Virginia, USA.

With that said, in Medical Astrology, Mars is associated with the production of blood, blood in general and iron (red like the fiery God of War), the metabolism and physical energy, aspects of temperature regulation as you will see below (Mars challenges can indicate disease which result in fevers or chills), the left ear, the kidneys (see below for more), veins (although some would argue Venus has influence here as well) and along with Pluto, Mars shares rulership over the genitals and sex glands. Mars in the body is the fighter, and as a result I suspect it has something to do with both the red and white bloods cells as the white blood cells help to fight off infections and viruses. And these are just the basics! When we delve deeper, I wonder if Mars has some association with the spleen. And I believe it also “rules” the forehead and is associated with headaches in general (along with Aries).

Saturn, in Medical Astrology, is associated with the bones and in particular the knees and the teeth, the skin (along with the Moon and sometimes Venus), it is also associated with the kidneys (see below), the spleen, bladder, phlegm, and the gall bladder. Saturn also is associated with the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland, helping to regulate sex hormones, bone and muscle growth. Saturn (think structure) is associated with the skeleton and bony structures in general. Again though, these are the basics of Saturn’s associations in Medical Astrology, so we are seeing how complex this subject can get. Because of Saturn’s association with Calcium, I would venture a guess that the parathyroid glands also come under Saturn’s rulership.

In addition, when we speak of both Mars and Saturn in hard aspect to one another, a competent astrologer should quickly notice that both of these planets are associated with the kidneys. And here is why: both are correlated with the adrenal glands. According to the late Isabel Hickey, she states with regard to the adrenal glands:

“the medulla hormone produces a secretion that can cause fear or flight [or sympathetic freeze]. This part of the adrenal gland is ruled by Saturn [and its hormones are the catecholamines – epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine]. The shell or cortex secretes another hormone giving pugnaciousness and combativeness [(Mars – it produces testosterone among other hormones)]. These are glands more directly connected to the impulse of self-preservation and the animal nature.” She goes on to state that the antidote to an afflicted Mars is lunar maternal nurturing and the antidote to an afflicted Saturn is the Venusian loving-kindness and generosity. (fromAstrology, A Cosmic Science, 1992)

With this connection of both planets to the kidneys, or in particular to the adrenal glands (which sit right on top of the kidneys), we see that Mars in hard aspect to Saturn almost always produces the possibilities of kidney issues. What are these? Headaches and lower lumbar back aches and pains (behind the kidneys) to start. And there might be a predisposition to other kidney issues as well.

So far, in this particular post, we have looked further at Mars in the 8th house, and we have begun to pick apart what Saturn and Mars mean in terms of physical health issues or associations. In the next post I will get into the medical astrology around the houses and signs involved.

To begin with, Spiritual Astrology is more than “cook-book astrology,” where someone finds out your astrological planets and signs and determines what that means without really getting to know where you are on your [emotional / psycho-spiritual / life-experience-maturity-level] path. Spiritual Astrology is frequency-based astrology which means that it takes the client’s frequency or consciousness into account. When you look at the birth chart, you see a two-dimensional circle that is divided up into twelve sections known as houses. Within these houses are tenanted all the planets of the solar system, including the two lights (the Sun and Moon, which in Western Astrology are basically considered planets too). Therefore we have the Sun, Mercury, Venus, the Moon, Mars and all the way out to Pluto, which is still considered a planet by astrologers. So we take this two dimensional circle, along with its unique aspects and houses and we add the client’s consciousness into the mix. This adds another dimension that no astrology software or astrology website can provide. When major asteroids are added to the mix, the range of possibilities in a birth chart is infinite.

I believe an Astrological birth chart is a reflection of an individual’s gross karmas. What the heck does this mean? What I mean is that we all have energetic bodies, we have psychological habits, mental attitudes and dispositions, but without being born in a human body, we would never be aware of these characteristics in the way we are able to perceive them as humans. So what the heck does that mean? What I am trying to say is that we are actually spiritual beings having a human experience, and being born human creates a unique opportunity to experience a world through the five (or more) senses and to interact with other sentient beings in this world. In Buddhism, there is the belief that the only part of someone which goes from rebirth to rebirth when we die is the subtle consciousness. This subtle consciousness comes into a womb around or shortly after the time of conception and stays with the new body until its elements dissolve and the subtle consciousness must move on to the next one. This is why I suggest that we are spiritual beings having human experiences.

Unfortunately, not many of us recall that we are spiritual beings. Rather, we get caught up in the duality of this world – this is MY body (and it HURTS!), that is YOUR car (and doesn’t it look great?!), this is THEIR money (oh! now I’m jealous). I am apart of the 99 % or the 1 % and they aren’t. We easily get tangled in the web of sensed objects and beings and then we get further entangled in our reactions to these perceived objects. And by getting tangled up in life as it were, we are experiencing manifestation of gross karmas – inner or outer events of a perceivable nature, where more than one individual can affirm to have witnessed or experienced it. However, if we are able to realize that this world is more of a playful dance of vast energy and awareness and less a tangled web of dense, solid objects and / or stick emotions, then we can start to take that soothing deep breath and disengage just a little bit more. When we disengage and move toward equanimity and non-attachment, then we move toward subtler karmas; this disengaging is a step toward spiritual awakening and away from the gross karmas indicated in one’s birth chart.

Therefore, whether you are someone who is pursuing spiritual fulfillment, or someone who is after that dream inheritance (or car, or babe, or stud, or retirement, etc), Spiritual Astrology can meet you where you are and proceed from there.

In future posts, I am going to cover Spiritual Astrology and: Relationships – Who am I really dating?, the Secret of Self-Knowledge and Natal Horoscopes, the Benefits of AstroCartography and Relocation Astrology, All the Intricate Components of Timing Astrology – Transits, Progressions, Solar Arc Directions and More!
