As the seasons change, we are entering a time of release and transformation. Being with what is and allowing things to be as they are, are some of my main intentions at the moment. I offer long distant Somatic Experiencing sessions, and these are going really well! I have finished over half of the training, plus I completed the advanced training in Working with the Polyvagal System starting back in 2012 (I am doing the training backwards it would seem). I love this work. I love supporting clients to move toward more resilience and a more settled nervous system.
