Leading a series on Chi Kung Foundational practices starting in Sept

Hi all!

Just letting you know that I am leading a series of Chi Kung classes starting in September. The classes will be at a beautiful location in serene Crozet, Virginia (if you are in Central Virginia and might be interested, let me know!). There is space to practice both indoors and outdoors (next to an idyllic lake).

I am asking for $20 / class suggested donation or $160 for the series of 10 classes which allows you to save a little bit!
