What’s next? May 2011

Hello dear readers,

I just graduated as you may know by now, so many people are asking me, “What’s next Kirby?” Well to be honest, I just want to rest and recover right now. It has been a whirlwind of a semester, and now I am doing a retreat and then coming back to C’ville and moving… So not a chance to catch my breath really, until July. Therefore, I am resting in the moment, in “don’t-know-mind,” and I am integrating all the many changes that have occurred in the past month or two. Lots to integrate! I have crossed a threshold, floated over a wall, and now I am on the other side… Time to get my bearings and learn to slow down.

I am considering applying to EMU in Harrisonburg for the CJP – center for justice and peacebuilding; in a program for conflict resolution (master’s degree). Other than that, I’d rather not talk about my future. Seriously. Mums the word – I am allowing my creative ideas and future plans to develop, ripen and arise. No need to empty my heart about these subjects yet.

I am continuing to see clients for Spiritual Astrology interpretations along with process-oriented bodywork sessions (Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki). We will see how the C’ville Sangha feels over the summer as to how soon we can get a teacher (Tibetan monk) here to teach a weekend of Dharma. So lots to consider, but first, R & R.

Thanks for reading.
